The Send Silence
Packing Campaign is an event to promote the awareness of suicide on college
campuses around the country. On April 24th Active Minds will be
placing 1,100 backpacks on the mall to represent the 1,100 college students who
lose their lives to suicide each year. Please join us on the Mall for a
speaking program from 12:30-2:00pm featuring Congressman Patrick Kennedy as
well as other members of congress. This event is an all day event and will
include free t-shirts for the first several hundred people to come.

show your support for those who lost their lives to suicide and help to promote
mental health awareness.
