The Hungry Hungry Hippos Welcome to the GW women's ultimate website! We are a competitive college team that travels to ultimate frisbee tournaments all over the country, from California to Massachusetts to Georgia. Every year we play in the Ultimate Player's Association (UPA) championship series, which consists of Sectional, Regional, and National division series. In the spring 2005 college sectional series, GW Women won the "Colonial" Section for the first time in our history, taking home the coveted Colonial Cup. We welcome anyone who would like to come out and play, no experience necessary. Practices: Practices are held every Tuesday and Thursday from 3:45 to 6:10 on the Mall Fields on the south side of the Reflecting Pool, and on non-tournament weekends on Sundays from 11:30 to 1:30.
