The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) is the leading voice of the human resource profession. The Society, the world's largest human resource management association, is a founding member of the North American Human Resource management Association, is a founding member of the North American Human Resource Management Association (NAHRMA) and a founding member of the World Federation of Personal Mangement Assocaitions (WFPMA).
