How to Prepare a Budget for the Student Org Registration Process


New this year! The budget process is all in an online form this year, Student Organizations will not longer have to create a budget and upload it into the system, they will be asked a series of questions in an online form in the registration process.

Please be prepared to have the following information ready:

-Whether or not your organization is planning to apply for funding from the Student Association. If you are applying for funding from the Student Association please review the 2009-2010 Student Association Financial Process Manual prior to registration.

-Where your organization generates funding from (i.e. Dues, Fundraisers, etc)

-How many members your organization represents.

-Approximately, how many events you are planning to have this year.

-How many events you planned in the previous year (if you are a returning organization).

-What you intend on spending your money on this upcoming year.
