Brian was born and raised in Fresno, California. He graduated in 2008 from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a minor in Chemistry. Upon receiving his MPH degree, Brian plans to pursue a degree in Medicine. During his free time Brian loves to spend time with his wife and two sons, Evan and Owen.

Her public health interests include infectious diseases, maternal and child health, providing universal health care as a human right & reducing health disparities. Her other interests include Medicine, justice, people, photography, painting, music, sketching, reading, exploring and much more.

She graduated from Skidmore college in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts in Women studies and American studies. Her public health interests include advocating for women and children, HIV/AIDS and infectious diseases, reproductive rights and insuring access to safe, affordable and compassionate healthcare for all. She also loves reading, yoga, meeting new people, and spending time with family and friends.
