*The Panhellenic Association, or "Panhel," is the governing board of the National Panhellenic Conference sororities and serves as a vital communication link between the Panhellenic chapters on campus. Panhellenic helps member chapters realize their individual goals and unites them under the halo of Greek tradition.*

* The Panhellenic Association is made up of an Executive Board, which governs over the 10 member chapters of the George Washington University.*

*The Executive Board is designed to function as a democratic body representing women from as many of these 9 chapters as possible.*

*The Executive Board holds a weekly meeting with the Panhellenic Delegates (as elected by each of the 9 individual chapters) to discuss new business and vote on pertinent legislation.*
