DC has a vibrant environmental and social sector community.  Many events happen each week, from Green Diet events to vacant lot clean-ups.  Get out there and get involved!  If you know of an interesting event that you would like to post for GW Net Impact members, please forward information to impact@gwu.edu.


Education Pioneers Networking Event

Apply your business skills to make an impact in urban education reform through the 2008 Education Pioneers Summer Fellows Program.

Education Pioneers will be participating in a Networking Event Sponsored by the Broad Residency on Tuesday, January 15th from 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm at Duke's City Restaurant and Lounge, 1208 U Street, NWLearn more about Education Pioneers and the Summer Fellowship.  Meet Education Pioneers Alumni who completed the fellowship in DC last summer.  Other education organizations including the Broad Residency, Teach for America, KIPP, and New Leaders for New Schools will be present at the event.  Space is limited and an RSVP is required ASAP.  Please email dc-info@broadcenter.org your name, title/organization and contact information.
