Mallory Howard, "I need a..."

no

I’m not mad at you

it’s not some thing you’ve done to me

it’s my own realization that it was just lip service

with way too much tongue

it kills me

and you never meant any of it did you

I think I love you

(why?)

and I don’t know exactly why

(then don’t)

I can’t convince myself otherwise

(silly girl)

and I don’t know if I want to give up on you so fast

(don’t waste your time)

your hair is so amazingly soft

and I want kids someday

I put everything on pause

and it’s okay

then I kick myself and remember

you don’t want me like you said you do

who am I kidding
