Hippodrome will do its best to meet your needs, but cannot guarantee the
availability of space or equipment.
Once a request is submitted, it will take up to 72 hours
for our office to process your request. The Hippodrome Manager will
contact you once your request is processed.

NOTE: Do not use acronyms in
the ‘Student Organization’ field.
NOTE: If your group fails to use the reserved
facilities without prior notice of 48 hours, or if the actual attendance falls
considerably short of what you indicated, you will incur a “No Show” fee of
$100.00. Changes for all reserved
facilities will apply regardless of what you use.
