Kathy Weil, one Theta Chapter's founders, was also co-founder of LFP (currently OLAS).

In addition to all of the aforementioned accomplishments, LPC was also one of four organizations that founded the Multicultural Greek Council.  This created an umbrella organization for all Multicultural Greeks, prior to this Latino Greeks did not fall under any councils at GW.

These accomplishments are examples of the leadership that exists within the sorority and whose efforts have greatly contributed to the community.
