Welcome to the G.W. Review

The 2006 Senior Contest Due Date is: Feb. 17, 2006

Every spring, the G.W. Review holds a contest for outgoing seniors; one senior artist, poet and fiction writer will have their work featured in the Review, along with a short bio and photograph.

As a general guideline, we accept no more than five poems per poet and three stories per fiction writer. However, if you write shorter, or flash, fiction and wish to submit more pieces, please email with details. Also, if a writer is planning to submit both fiction and poetry, there is still a limit of five submissions per writer. The contest aims to feature artists who excel in specific fields, as opposed to a single person.

There is no specific limit on senior art submissions. However, because we are a black and white publication, the G.W. Review is looking for 2-D art that is publishable in black and white. Please be sure that your art is capable of being printed in this format before you submit.

To submit: either email us (gwreview@gwu.edu) your work, with SENIOR CONTEST written in the subject line, or drop it off at our office (MARVIN 431) in a clearly marked envelope.
