Fall 2008 Events Sept 10- Thanks to everyone who came to our Fall Kick-Off! We hope everyone had an awesome time bowling and meeting our members and is pumped up for the year! ************************************************ Spring 2008 Events Jan. 22 - On the 35th anniversary of Roe v. Wade, Colonials For Life hit the National Mall with thousands of pro-lifers from around the country, including former Presidential Candidate Ron Paul and Senators Jean Schmidt and Sam Brownback for the National March For Life. Although it was rainy and cold, we had a great time defending life in our nation's capital! ****************************************************************** Feb. 20 - Our event, "Pro-Life Answers to Pro-Choice Questions" was a success! Thanks to everyone who came out to the Vern on such a cold and rainy day! *********************************************** Mar. 5 - At our General Body Meeting, we watched National Geographic's "In The Womb." We hope you enjoyed the chicken fingers and hot chocolate! *********************************************** Mar. 31 - We had Andy Schlafly, conservative legal activist, speak to us about the connection between abortion and breast cancer. Video and pictures are posted in the gallery! *********************************************** Apr. 9 - CFL welcomed Rep. Jean Schmidt (R-OH), as she spoke to us about her experiences and the pro-life movement in Congress. CFL would like to thank Rep. Schmidt for taking time to visit us and Claire for arranging for her visit.
