Marathons

We will be marathoning the remainder of all the series that we have been watching as well as the occasional movie night throughout and at the conclusion of each semester. Check back for announcements regarding what we're showing, when were showing it and other important information.

January 13th, 2008 - Word
丈夫 (じょうぶ)
Meaning: good health; strong
Example: 丈夫な赤ちゃんですねぇ！
He's a strong baby, isn't he?

羨ましい ( うらやましい)
Meaning: envious; jealous
Example: 私はあなたの美しいのが羨ましい。
I envy you your beauty.
