Colonials Weekend
Last year we started what we hope will be an annual tradition of dinner out with the parents that come to campus for Colonials Weekend in October. It was a nice opportunity for them to all get together and talk to each other and meet the rest of the people their kids hang out with at school. Stick around for details regarding this year's dinner. Where were eating and what time and such might be good to know.

January 13th, 2008 - Word
丈夫 (じょうぶ)
Meaning: good health; strong
Example: 丈夫な赤ちゃんですねぇ！
He's a strong baby, isn't he?

January 6, 2008 - Word
羨ましい ( うらやましい)
Meaning: envious; jealous
Example: 私はあなたの美しいのが羨ましい。
I envy you your beauty.
