Topics and Issues

BLAZEN touches a vast amount of issues that youth deal with on a daily basis.  Through skits and workshops, BLAZEN teaches young people what these different issues are as well as positive and negative solutions.  Hands on work gives youth the knowledge and self confidence to handle situations that they will face.  Some examples of issues we cover are:

  • Racism
  • HIV/STI Prevention
  • Teen Pregnancy Prevention
  • Dating Violence
  • Diversity
